Craig has been on the tools for several decades. During this time, he’s developed a passion for doing better and doing more for clients.

Being attuned to details and having a keen understanding of the importance of communication, Craig knew many projects he had seen over time could have been done better – they were delivered by builders who lacked passion and a focus on the client. He knew the industry needed to do better. There was no reason people shouldn’t fall in love with building and renovations – like he did.

Connie has always had an eye for detail, too. Building her own home at a very young age, she also discovered opportunities in the building industry for better processes and client communication.

Roll on several years, and Connie and Craig decided it was time to bring their shared vision for a better building experience together.

‘C Moore Building’ was born in 2013 after successfully working together on a large-scale renovation project on their own property in Atawhai.

Connie’s keen eye for detail and Craig’s building experience and communication skills, paired with their joint organisational strengths, proved a highly effective combination.

Ten years on, Connie and Craig now work with a team of 20-plus skilled tradespeople and staff who also share their vision for an exceptional client experience.
