We are seeking a diligent and proactive Project Coordinator to work alongside our Project Managers to coordinate and administer our portfolio of projects.

This is an office-based role managing contractual, programming, legislative and building compliance elements of our projects, from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will have sound computer skills, a background in and knowledge of the building industry, and experience using project programming software.

A large part of this role will be centered around the use of Rave Build software so experience with this would be hugely advantageous.

This role will involve but not be limited to:

• Providing support to our Project Managers in planning, organising and executing projects

• Issuing and managing project contracts, insurance and compliance

• Issuing and processing Health and Safety contracts and requirements

• Maintaining project documentation

• Using “Rave Build” to manage project timelines and programmes

• Assisting Project Managers to administer tender documents to sub-contractors

• Back costing and budget compliance

You will need:

• Experience using Rave Build or another project management software system

• Experience within the building industry

• High level of communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confidence with effective communication to senior management, consultants, subcontractors & clients

• Sound written and spoken English

• Advanced level of ability across all Microsoft computer systems

• An understanding of council compliance would be advantageous

• The ability to work as part of a close-knit team but also autonomously

• Excellent time management
