Atawhai Drive Full Renovation
A true ‘original’ from the 1960s, this house began as a two storey jumble of rooms.
Firstly we dug out the floor to heighten basement ceilings, ensuring the lower level was suitable as a functional living space. Upstairs was fundamentally realigned to living areas and a sumptuous master bedroom. Entirely reclad, with new windows, new roof, polished Rimu floors throughout and a bespoke Rimu staircase using reclaimed studs, this labour of love transformed a confused house into a four bedroom, three bathroom lifestyle space with stunning views of the Atawhai harbour.
